A Showcase of Community, Craftsmanship, and Charity: The 2025 SeaRoad Devonport Motor Show

On Sunday, 23rd March 2025, Aikenhead Point was once again transformed into a vibrant celebration of all things automotive, as the SeaRoad Devonport Motor Show returned to the North West Coast.

More than 500 classic, vintage, and specialty vehicles filled the foreshore from the Vietnam Veterans Memorial car park to Fenton Street, with the grassed area in front of the Bass Strait Maritime Centre also playing host to a dazzling display. Thousands of spectators made their way through the event, sharing in a day that brought together car lovers, families, and the wider community.

Organised by the Rotary Club of Devonport North, the Motor Show is about far more than a shared passion for motoring. At its heart, the event is a major fundraiser – with proceeds supporting both local causes and international humanitarian efforts. It’s this spirit of service and generosity that truly sets the SeaRoad Devonport Motor Show apart.

This year’s show once again proved why it’s become a cornerstone of the Tasmanian motoring calendar. From lovingly restored classics to rare finds and high-performance machines, the variety on display was a testament to the dedication of vehicle owners from around the country who make the journey to Devonport each year.
